Here's my latest mix theme ....the gym. I know it's tough to get motivated to go and I'm worst of all for skipping the gym

so I decided to do a mix series to try and get you / me motivated ...
Here's part one if you know my style you will know that it's bloody random and this is NO exception to that rule ...

Wonderful sets. All tracks are great. The passage is right on, & I enjoyed the added bits a lot. I listened to all three while I unpacked from my move. Plenty of exercise there.
I prefer to download & listen, but I streamed the 3rd set, which doesn't have a download. A fine series which I hope continues. Gracias.
